While building and working in his real estate business, Paul discovered a real passion for training others and sharing his knowledge and experiences with people who are interested in reaching their potential both professionally and personally regardless of their chosen discipline.
This passion led to the creation of Morton Learning a personal and professional development company Paul formed with his business partner and sister Amanda Morgan. Morton Learning specializing in cutting edge business training for business and sales professionals and is particularly well known Australia wide for its widely popular Mentor Program.
In the past 4 years, Paul has actively shared his systems and strategies to over 4000 people across Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.
